A California native, Bob has been running the family business since 1991 when Bob Drake Sr. unexpectedly past away. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics. Bob brings a solid education background to complement his years of business success. He is a Lifetime Member of both the California Bail Agents Association (CBAA) and the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS). From PBUS he has attained the Professional Certification of “Certified Bail Agent.” In addition to a Bail Agents License, Bob also holds a Fire & Casualty Insurance License (0817387) from the Department of Insurance and has his Notary Public Commission.

Vice-President of Bob Drake Bail Bonds, Inc. Melody has been writing bail since 1993 and has been married to Bob since 1990. Melody has a B.S. from California State University, Long Beach. She still stays involved checking on court cases and working with administration. She is a Lifetime Member of both the California Bail Agents Association (CBAA) and the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS). Bobby is a native Californian and avid surfer, dirt bike rider and family man. He has been writing bail since 1999 and joined our company when we purchased Intrastate Bail Bonds. Bobby puts people first and provides caring, comforting service at a difficult time.

Shirley was licensed in 2002 when she came to California from Alabama. She is ranked the #1 Mother-In-Law by the President of the company. In addition to her bail license, Shirley is a licensed real estate agent and Notary Public.
